Valmet automotive dawn

Displayed at the Geneva Motor Show 2012. The electric vehicle demonstrator Dawn displays the essential EV components in a unique way. The inductive charging (the blue plate at the front) and fast-charge plug at the rear as well as the purposefully designed battery pack at the car center form a part of the aerodynamically sleek body. On the other hand, the control and drivetrain units are exposed on the body for display purposes.

Part of the EV experience is the user interface embedded in the steering wheel, the speedometer stays level even though the steering wheel is rotated while the thumbs are capable of reaching the necessary functions.
